❤ Material Alam berupa batu, kayu (finishing water proof) memberikan kesan alami. penempatan kolam kecil diorientasikan pada bukaan teras dan jendela kamar tidur depan memberikan penghawaan sejuk dan mereduksi intensitas cahaya matahari di siang hari, di dukung dengan penempatan pohon sebagai peneduh dan tanaman hias ( Ketapang Kencana dan Kamboja Bali ). Untuk desain Pagar memaksimalkan bukaan pagar yang tidak solid berfungsi mendatangkan angin dari 2 sisi koridor jalan (depan-samping).
