Pengoptimalan ruang menjadi pertimbangan desain, lahan terbatas yang terdiri dari 2 lantai memiliki keragaman fungsi ruang. Nuansa yang diterapkan atraktif memberikan energi menyeluruh bagi pengguna ruang. Tema warna yang digunakan adalah permainan gradasi hijau dikombinasi dengan coklat (material kayu) dengan perpaduan putih sebagai warna dasar, dinilai sangat sesuai dengan fungsi aktivitas didalam ruang - antar ruang.
